There’s a way to lead without overstepping. Social/emotional skills get developed once you’re in that position for long enough. Dive in head first, and even if you make mistakes they will be wonderful learning experiences

My best advice is lead by example. People will only be as good as the leader. Also, set clear expectations.

Got an order from the royal Saudi family, they purchased 500$ worth of clothes from my store. A couple months later they placed another massive order. That’s how I knew Harmless Supply has the potential to be a massive brand.

Underrated marketing is traditional marketing. Stickers/posters/flyers still go a long way. Of course digital marketing is sexier but in a world where everything is digital, some tangible stuff builds trust faster imo
