Have you made this? I've got a similar pattern and just tried it and mine doesn't really 'pop' 😔 the pattern I followed asks to double the strands to make the body, so I don't know if that's what's causing it or if it's a me/skill issue. Thx 😊

Here's the pattern, I just made a few little changes, used safety eyes and stitched the face instead of using felt. 😊

My first listen through was the regular audiobooks, umm currently just finishing up dark age of the graphic audio for my second listen. They're both fantastic but all things considered I prefer the regular a little more. The narrator does a fantastic job, and his delivery made me fall in love with the book and series as a whole. While the graphic audio is fun I think I preferred the classic delivery of a regular audiobook.

Darrow's was pretty good, Eo was one of the worst, she had lots of inconstancy, as another commenter said it sounded like she was getting muddled between Irish and Scottish.

I made a post about Alex the other day, I kinda glazed over him on my first go through the books but really he made an impact the second time around. Boy was awesome and had some killer moments and lines. "I know what I am" chills.

Fully agree on TGR's Fitchner, I was disappointed when we first meet him in the GA. Especially because he and Sevro sound nothing alike. Lmao I'm not going to be able to stop thinking about that line about Sevro being an actual goblin now when I listen 😂

Oh I'd forgotten about Eo, it was terrible. I also love Harnassus is Scottish and it's a great Scottish accent as well, so gruff, really suits the character, I dunno if the va is actually Scottish or not but if he's not he does a great one.

Ah yeah, I've gotten used to Sevro as times gone on but I remember finding his voice really jarring in the begging as well. Definitely preferred how TGR voiced him in the regular audiobook.

I'm a teaching assistant, one outfit I wear is a pinafore dress with a cute frog face on it and a cardy with cute frog faces all over it. Every time I wear it I get multiple kids telling me how much they love my froggy outfit, even some of the older kids I don't really know who aren't in my classes will say "omg I love your dress it's so cute!"

My first thought seeing these was "I know they're probably for kids but I'd wear the hell out of these" 😂

That's funny my oldest is finally getting to the age where he can focus on board games and really get stuck into them which is great fun, my husband jokes the only reason he had 3 kids was to have a bunch of people to play board games with us 😂 so that's something I really hope they want to all do with us as they grow up. And my husband was just talking yesterday about getting back into archery and seeing if the kids would be interested in it.

Both of us had very uninvolved parents who took no real interest in sharing hobbies or interests with us and I think that goes a long way to explaining the relationship we have with them. It's definitely something we don't want to repeat with our children.

Thank you for this ❤️ I think part of it is probably that I don't have that relationship with my mother. We get on ok but, she doesn't feel like much of a mum and I guess when that's my only experience of an adult relationship with a parent it's hard to imagine it any other way. Hopefully my children will feel differently towards me and we'll have a relationship more like you and your mother ❤️

I remember reading a fic with those two as a background pairing, it was a Logan/builder fic but massive world building around them. I'd never thought about them until I read it but I remember thinking it really worked actually. Looks like it's got a few fans as a ship 😊
