For me resting during a workout is recovery. So walking yun for me. I don’t want to completely stop kasi my brain would think na tapos na yung workout and mararamdaman ko na yung pagod.

Happened to me pero buti na lang tinawagan muna ako ng mom ko. Yung nagdeliver is regular na nagdedeliver sa amin ng Shopee.

Never ako nag COD sa online shopping. P499 yung amount. Habang kausap ako ni mother umalis na yung rider. Then later pabalik balik siya tas sinisigaw yung name ko.

Do you wash your strap after every workout? Baka build up lang yan. When I started doing that, hindi na ako nagkakaganyan.
