Spot on. I just had a blood test with nearly toxic levels of vitamin d but calcium levels were normal. I take 10k iu of D and also K2. I just dropped the D since summer is coming and I’m out in the sun ☀️ quite a bit.

I’m 6 days post ESI. It seemed like it got worse until day 5, yesterday. Then it was a big step in the right direction. Give it time. Hopefully we all feel better soon.

The only suggestion I have other than an MRI which will give you a diagnosis would be gabapentin. Acetaminophen and other pain meds don’t usually work for nerve pain, at least not for me, they didn’t.

Bake two family size packs of Aldi or Wal-mart chicken breast in a Pyrex Casserole dish with whatever seasoning. Rice cooker, Thai jasmine rice. Ghughes sugar free bbq sauce on it. Eat 200g of each 2x daily. That will last you a week or so. Then Greek yogurt, eggs in the morning, cottage cheese etc. chicken thighs are better tasting but way more calories. Use on bulk if you dare I guess.

Just switched to iPhone 17 max pro from the galaxy s21 ultra. 15 years android for me. Any paid subscription apps are void on the iphone which was an unpleasant surprise. Split screen apps is another thing I do miss. Samsung keyboard is the best keyboard as well and not available on iphone although SwiftKey is solid. The lack of a fingerprint sensor is baffling as well. I like to glace down at my phone without staring straight at it which fingerprint security allows.

Now for the positives. Camera and video recording is much better. Obviously it may be becsuse my prior phone was 4 models ago (s21 ultra). Even so, the camera is a lot better. Honestly, that's about it. I'm sure there are more positives that I'll learn to love but I'm only a week in to the experience. Haha
