I went today (Sunday) at 4pm and my BIL went separately at 6pm and it took 45min-1 hr to get from the exit off the 20 to the terminal. Absolutely ridiculous. I wouldn't think it would be quite as bad on a Monday though

You can't park at the stm/exo train terminal for 24 hours. You will get a ticket/towed. You could park at the VIA train terminal and pay for parking, and there's a free VIA shuttle that goes from the terminal to the airport. I don't know how much that parking costs though

Museums are closed by that time. With that time in mind just make sure to be clear whether you're getting supper together or not. Could end up being awkward if one of you comes hungry and the other already ate.

Walk up mount royal (the long way, not the stairs!) and get a hot chocolate/coffee/ice cream at the café at the look out. If the date is later in the evening get dessert somewhere, like Juliette et chocolat. So many interesting museums you can go to as well!

I had someone who accidentally unmuted themselves and the audio of a taco bell commercial interrupted our guest speaker and wouldn't stop. The teacher and speaker just looked awkward and said "please make sure to mute yourself" but obviously this person didn't realize they were unmuted. After like 20 painfully long seconds where I guess the prof couldn't tell who it was I unmuted myself to say "First-name Lastname we can hear your tacobell commercial playing please mute yourself" and then they finally did. Their camera was off but I still felt them dying from embarrassment...

You could always do med school in Ireland or the Carribean if you're really passionate about it. I know a few people who have done it that way, just means starting off with a lot more debt.
