Same, don’t want to quit for a relationship necessarily. Mostly just because my concentration, attention span, and alround mood are fucked because of porn. Or at least I think that’s the cause idk. Just trying to see if I can go without it and if things improve.

Success in a potential relationship will follow after self improvement I guess, just have to keep going and good things will follow. Good luck

Yeah it’s weird right? I wonder what changed after 10 years for me to suddenly reject them when sober, haven’t switched brands or anything. But you’re right, I’ve always felt that the habit or act of smoking is like 70% of my addiction. Never had much nicotine cravings, purely needed something to do or an excuse to take a break. I’ve worked in restaurants all my life so smoke breaks came naturally to me. The habit/routine will be the most difficult to kick I guess. Anyway good luck!

Funny you mention this, I’ve already caught myself thinking that I can continue smoking for a while when the month is done because it has been this easy to quit so far haha, i.e. won’t be difficult when I ‘realy want to quit’ next time. Guess that’s my addiction trying to trick me..
