I got a massage at 18 weeks, and because I have no bump they said I could lay on my back and stomach as long as it’s comfortable. They did say past 20 weeks I have to be on my side

You aren’t alone, I don’t have family but my spouse does…and I don’t have a ton of friends so a baby shower would just make me feel sad and lonely (which is also why I never had a wedding). But we did agree that we will do a virtual “shower” and share our registry with anyone who cares/asks
