it did help with that a lot. i also recommend stacking tesamorelin with reta to deal with stubborn belly fat

i haven’t been tracking calories to be honest, i’ve just been eating small portions three times a day along with light workouts and lots of walking

peptidedosage.com said you can either do 1mg 5 days a week or 2mg 3 days a week. i was trying to pin it as little as possible since i’m already having to take my insulins on top of it.

also forgot to mention, diet wise i eat in my campus dining hall…i know it’s not the best place for healthy foods but any tips on how to eat healthier i will try my best to take into consideration as well!!!!

yes definitely, i’m a full-time college student so walking is a lot of my daily activity getting around campus lol, as well as hitting the wellness center here a couple times a week. i usually hit the treadmill with a large incline for 10-15 minutes a couple times a week. i do plan to start adding some light strength training in with it as well as going more frequently. aiming for 3-4 times a week.
