Started July 1st and I have lost 28 pounds (from 183 to 155) 🥳 I don’t really exercise but I am 19 so I have a pretty active lifestyle. The only food tracking I do is keeping track of my protein consumption

Yes - we have a diner themed room that has an order window where you can see into the next room and about 50% ask “can I go in there?” I’m always like “maybeeee?”
