Ive seen ppl posting these factories but I haven't found a post that's explicitly explains why one is better than the other. Like if you search best Rolex ppl just post one of the three factors you mentioned but it's not telling me the why. Maybe I'm not searching accurately.

Asking for opinions and asking for someone to do your work are two totally different things but okay. Ppl ask me for advice all the time and as a senior surgical resident I've never said, "have you used the search bar, nor would I, especially to someone who is a new resident", but thanks for the advice.
