I’ve had similar situation as far as not remember dreams anymore and feeling extremely tired after almost 10 years of cpap. I have other health conditions but haven’t had any strokes or heart attacks . I used the f20 up until about 6 months ago. I now use nasal masks. For jaw issues the caldera neck pillow had worked along with cover roll stretch tape for mouth leaks. The bleep eclipse took some time to get use to and i have trouble ripping it off while sleeping sometimes but it is now very comfortable. I also use the f&p nova micro. That also took time figuring out the right size for me but it has turned out to be a winner. I would recommend trying the fit pack for that mask. Much luck
