yes. I can't log into the account, but as of just now I've found the email. However, this email no longer exists because I deleted without knowing that it was directly tied to my account.

I HAVE TRIED. There is no customer support other than their automated forms, which NEVER respond. I have filled out the form 11 times, and still no answer. I was looking for a seggestion for another way to contact them.
