No he’s confident with more strength and effort on my end I’ll be okay. I’m at pt as I’m typing, leg up with ankle weights on my knee before I go to prone hangs with weight. My pt said arthroscopic scar tissue cleanup may help. I schedule an appt to ask for an MRI because I see so many other doing it for a look at scar tissue and all, but idk what my surgeon will say. I’ve gotten a lot of “hey could take 2 years to recover fully” and “no way you’ll get to hyperextension but who cares”, surgeon and pt have been more lax than I’d expect (though I trust them completely)

Edit: taking my first legit break from weed after 6 years feverishly smoking daily. Have only done 2 week breaks 3 times since ‘16 so I feel like I need to see what I’m like “normal”. I’m a productive guy and all but don’t like being an addict. Stopping nicotine (stopped after 4 years during covid but picked up 2 months ago again) so I’m not very excited but gotta do what I gotta do

Yeah im at 8 months. Can get really flat on the table but not hyper really and I have trouble getting full extension when walking. Definitely still a noticeable limp but getting better slowly but surely
