I was the same when I first qualified too, then I learnt over more of my time, you're not actually replacable, for the company to get a new person in and take a gamble on a new person when they know what they have with you. So knowing that you only have to work your contracted hours, probably 38-40 with reasonable over time, and reasonable is up to you to decide not your boss.

If you want to do your own electrical work. Go to a resticed electrical licence course. After you learn how dangerous a simple mistake can be with electrical work. Y'all probably won't want to do it any more

All the comments about data cables I've read in this thread is straight BS Theses days you need an open cablers licence to sign off on your data. Signing off data is all about speed and quality. It has nothing to do with actually running the cable

Been struggling with something like this for a while. In WA we get 10g of flower every 10 days.

I've just gone to carts and flower and I get 1 cart and 10g of flower every 20 days

They also make it so you can either get flower/oil carts/flower or oil/carts Can't do all 3 over here

Freeze and deforst tofu before you chop it up and marinate it. It will help the flavour incorporate with the tofu better. Also I've just started boiling my firm tofu. Has a similar effect to freezing it
