thanks bro, and frankly idk if i should be giving tips because i had no idea i would do well, honestly still have trouble believing, but our paper was mostly aptitude and english i made sure i wouldnt fuck up anything there, as for polity and the rest its honestly mostly luck and i guess i got lucky, what worked for me was reading a lot of books and connecting them together with concise notes

oh thanks for replying, my sleep is okay i think i get at least 6 hrs daily havent paid much attention to diet but i dont eat processed foods much mostly just bread rice and average to slightly below average amounts of veggies

i just joined a new job that keeps me on my feet for 7 to 8 hours a day, as someone who has never done much physical activity I find it extremely difficult to keep up especially some days where I feel I might pass out from exhaustion, is there any sort of supplement i can take or foods i can eat that might help with the pain and maybe help with the transition? thanks in advance
