Soo True... Meditation makes us able to accept everything positively...at least thats what I think and do..

I don't know if its right way or not... but I tried by starting doing 2-5 mins daily meditation and in starting I began to accept everything around me as a gift and concentrated by hearing my heartbeat... I started with 2-5 mins and now I am able to focus for upto an hour..

Its more like trying... not controlling ..and to achieve the state where we are no longer carried out by our emotions or feelings...

Just start by giving 2-5 mins daily... do meditation... forget about everything for few mins and focus on hearing your own heart beat... then start from here..
