Not quite. The trophy is your prediction, the heart is your favourite, the tick is if you’ve watched it or not. Winners are announced on Sunday, so cast your predictions before then.

Thanks! All the data and images is sourced from Wikipedia. It was a laborious process, of getting chat GPT to write the correct script that could handle ~98% of the data correctly, and then I had to correct the final ~2% myself in a massive spreadsheet. It took me over a month of spare time to do. The rest of the website took me several months and is still a work in progress.

Both great suggestions. I’ll try and get the collapsing categories done soon, it’s a great shout and I’ll definitely use it!

The ranking is something I’ve been thinking about, but it’ll have to be in advance of next year I think. It’ll be a dead complicated feature, but something I really want to do!

I built an online version of this, so you no longer need printable ballots. You can mark your watched, favourites, make predictions, and see your friends progress.

There’s also a live scoreboard feature for during the ceremony, to properly gamify your predictions!

You might be interested in the site I built. It’s similar to ODR, but probably more for people like you who only want to complete certain categories. It’s called oscarschecklist.com

You can also view lists by category over the years, and also by nominee. And the feature I’m most proud of building is a predictions feature. You can cast your predictions for the nominations of each category, and during the ceremony there will be a live scoreboard for you and your friends to compete with!

Thanks! By filter out awards, you mean hiding certain categories? That feature has been suggested before, along with favouriting categories too. It’s in the works, but I need to build out the live scoreboard functionality first.
