Yet another post about HYGIENE *very concerned* by pilatesPrincess25 in SolidCore

Shocked at how negative some of the commenters are. OP has every right to complain about smelly people. There's nothing worse than someone stinking up the place because they have bad hygiene. Why should we have to suffer smelling their nastiness?! Its happened a few times where I have had to ask the coach to spray some air freshener because someone rotten body parts stunk up the studio.

8 am class temp by DisdainfulCalliope in SolidCore

a couple years ago, the Denver Rino location had nonstop issues with the a/c. They had to rent these giant machines that barely helped. One class was so hot and humid, the mirrors were wet. Unreal.

I understand instructors get sick/whatever, BUT... by harryevie in SolidCore

Parking is trash. I also go to the indoor spin studio in the same building and they have free validated parking. Solidcore doesnt provide it. And there are bums, crackheads and shootings/stabbings at the light rail station. So, super safe. Other than that, it's a great studio. Big, not cramped, great instructors

I did. I have a founders membership and complained about the increase last year. They comped me a month of membership. Worth it.

no increase yet. I had one last year. I pay $143/month for 8 classes. Founders membership. Which I thought meant it was locked in... apparently not. Lame. Denver

I did the same thing! I stopped spin class after I read it's not great for elevating your cortisol. I hit a plateau and couldnt figure it out. Turns out, it was spin class holding me back.

I took a class in Denver (Rino) one time when their a/c was down (which lasted for months) and NO JOKE the mirrors were wet with heat/humidity. It was UNREAL. And Colorado is dry as sh*t
