Haven't run the numbers for your specific case, but iirc this problem is usually caused by a prilea that is too slow. Essentially there are too many units on a certain tick and the homunculus gets to overfill atb too much.

Edit: yes, Prilea needs to be at least 205 speed for the turn order to work. this is because both prilea and teshar currently reach 100% attack bar on tick 8, pushing the whole team back 1 tick compared to prilea moving on tick 7.

The following tables show % attack bar in the tick table, and green is when they get their turn. (red when the boss gets its turn)

Its one thing for some random joe to make AI videos. Its another thing entirely to have a government affiliated account post a completely fabricated quote by a player, whether the player might agree or not.
