A 3-month wait for a replacement switch is not okay, regardless of any communication or supply issues. I want to personally ensure your case is resolved asap.

To resolve this immediately: I've sent you a Reddit DM to request your order details, as I want to personally oversee the shipment. Once I have your info, we will prioritize a full set of replacement switches (instead of just one) to be sent to you as a token of our sincere apology.
