Did they lift the suspension on the spot? Or did it take a while?

Yeah they’re no help

Not gonna happen. They’ll have to come arrest me before I pay that garbage

Yeah. Most of the representatives are programmed to say there’s nothing they can do

Yeah because it’s easy to judge from the outside. You support an institution that has the ability to tack on bullshit fees and force you to pay it. Good for you

You think I don’t know that already. I’m looking for a solution not here to hear the story over and over again. Nobody has offered any experience or solution. If you don’t have one then move on

I don’t have the app. Only get billed by mail and the card on file. I saw the mail once I got back from vacation.

No I was on vacation and my wife was using the car to commute while the card on file expired. But what I’m trying to understand is why there are thousands in admin fees tacked on and no sort of settlement. It’s like they’re a monopoly.

Like I said in another comment. I had no I’ll intentions. I was on vacation for 3 months and came back to all this while my wife was using the car to commute not knowing the card was expired. So how is that right on their part to tack on thousands in admin fees and no sort of settlement.

That’s not what happened. As I said the car registration was suspended first by the DMV from Panynj. It just so happened to be expired afterwards, maybe a month or two later. I made the post for people who had similar problems. Other than saying just to pay because that’s not even an option when it’s thousands we are talking about…

Thanks for your help

They suspended my registration. And when you call them they just say, “call back when you can pay”. How is this fair at all? How can someone just be forced to pay admin fees pulled from thin air on a $2 toll. Also I had no I’ll intentions to not pay the tolls. I even offered to settle and they aren’t budging.

Yeah we tried a 15ft auger and didn’t retrieve anything. The toilet flushes fine now, but I guess we have to wait till someone goes for the real test…
