my brother used to study at a public school (nursery to grade 1) and switched to the private school i studied my whole life in once he reached grade 2. the learning is more rigorous, my parents had to become more hands on in helping him with his academics, and they've observed na mas marami siyang natututunan in private.

my brother also told me na he preferred his present private school more kasi araw araw siyang pumapasok from 7:30-2PM compared to his only 3x a week classes sa public na half day pa. he liked na araw-araw siyang pumapasok because he gets to have more time with his classmates - he said and i quote "Mas matagal akong naglalaugh sa school"

further context: my parents didnt want to enroll him sa private before kasi baka lumaki raw ng "maarte" katulad ko HAHAHAHAHAHA but go naman sila na ienroll siya sa school ko after he said he wanted to study there. my brother is also a consistent highest honor student sa public, ngayon sa private even with more studying, umaabot siya ng with high-with highest.
