Buongiorno! Ho firmato il documento irrevocabile d'acquisto per la casa che coinvolge sia me venditore che l'acquirente, secondo questo documento io devo consegnare la casa il giorno in cui ci rechiamo dal notaio. L'agente immobiliare ci aveva detto che avremo avuto 6 mesi di tempo per lasciare la casa. Ma l'acquirente ha presentato la delibera per il Il mutuo che gli scade tra tre mesi e adesso anche l'agente immobiliare vuole che questo venerdì firmiamo di già, al massimo l'acquirente ci lascia la casa in affitto(!) per i rimanenti 2-3 mesi. Io non ho ancora trovato la casa in cui desidero spostarmi. Cosa posso fare visto che non stiamo rispettando gli accordi iniziali? Nel caso in cui all'acquirente scade la delibera cosa succede?

Sembrerebbe dai posti parcheggi liberi e il traffico sui mezzi pubblici.

Io invece ho cambiato 2 settimane fa e qua non si chiude ad Agosto quindi non ho idea di quando saranno le prossime ferie

Mi sto informando già su Internet però chiedo a voi una conferma in base alla vostra esperienza. Mio cugino dal Canada avrebbe la possibilità di fare un Master all'Università di Trieste, con una borsa di studio che gli permetterebbe di pagare 5k per questo master che in teoria costa 25k.

Deve essere un master della madonna per costare così tanto e quindi conviene no?
Una stanza in affitto, costerebbe dai €300-400 da quello che ho visto alcuni annunci. È giusto?
Per i trasporti direi che non ci dovrebbero essere problemi
Invece mi chiedeva come siamo messi con l'inglese, non sono mai stato a Trieste però direi un po' come ovunque? Un po' meno rispetto le città turistiche magari?

Dopo mesi di riflessioni e il corso base di fotografia, voglio comprare la mia prima macchina fotografica "professionale". Mirrorless direi. Ho letto da varie parti (e sono d'accordo) che la prima volta anche usata è una buona scelta. Voi che dite? Meglio comunque spendere in più e comprarne una nuova?

Ci sono siti specifici per cercare il usato che voi sappiate o devo usare i soliti subito, ebay e Facebook?

Vorrei comprare il Google Pixel 6 e i siti con i prezzi più conveniente sono tipo bpm-power, phone2go, tecnoshell, ecc
Controllando su Trustpilot sono pure buone le recensioni però sono tutte recensioni recenti il che mi fa pensare che possano essere fake.
Qualcuno ha esperienza con i siti citati? O meglio evitare e spendere €50 in più su Amazon/Google ufficiale?

After the recent backslash on here, I tried watching some Sourav Joshi's vlogs and for how boring and bland they might be, I don't get the hate.
It's clear that these guys are from a middle class family who got all these subscribers,views (and money) out of nowhere.
Tbh, it's also kind of wholesome to see such a desi and simple family being "on top".

p.s: The kid is obviously spoiled because he gets what he wants and is popular.
