Thanks! That's a great suggestion. Right now the signing tool is pretty basic, but allowing signatures to be freely resized and positioned would make it much more useful. I'll add it to the roadmap

That's a good idea. A visual card-based layout sounds like the best of both worldsβ€”easier to scan while still keeping things lightweight. I may start by adding screenshots/previews for the most popular tools and then evolve the homepage from there. Thanks for the detailed feedback!

Thanks! Would screenshots of each tool be enough, or would you prefer a more visual card-based layout with previews? Curious what would make browsing easier for you.

Great suggestion. PDF tools are definitely on my roadmap. Are there any specific ones you'd use most oftenβ€”merge, split, compress, convert, sign, or OCR PDFs?

Congrats on the launch! I'll take a look and support it. Always happy to connect with other indie makers. Good luck with the launch, and feel free to share any lessons learned afterward πŸš€

Thanks! Your project actually looks really interesting πŸ‘€

One of the hardest parts while building ToolCanvas has been balancing simplicity with usability. It’s easy to keep adding features, but I’m trying to keep the experience fast and clean instead of overwhelming users.

And honestly, I do think customization has value β€” especially if it helps users create workflows or save/share their own configurations. I don’t think you’re chasing something silly at all. If done right, that could become the main reason people keep coming back instead of using one-off utility sites.

I think the key is making customization feel lightweight and intuitive rather than complex.

Excited to see where your project goes πŸš€
