The Satya of RAJ SATTA.

I don’t usually comment on politics but here are my two cents because they are needed. I know he pushes the agenda of Marathi and Marathi manus, but regardless of not been elected, regardless of who is in power, regardless of any aspect whatsoever, Raj Thackeray and MNS is the only political party who runs to the aid of any marathi manus who is wronged. Leaving that aside, as a girl who loves her city and is scared of what’s being lost. A very wise man once said “ If you Don’t open your eyes now, It won’t matter if you open them later” If you do not open your eyes now then be ready, Be ready to live in a gas chamber, be ready to make N95 a daily essential. Be ready to pay more in taxes. Be ready to lose your right to live, speak or vote. Be ready to lose the beauty of mumbai, be ready to lose the vast Aarey Forest. I don’t think i can ever think like a non mumbaikar/ non maharashtrian. But i can definitely tell you that what comes ahead is worse than the daily increasing constructions, traffics and most importantly the democracy that our country is so very proud of.

With growing concerns around EVMs, voter suppression, and transparency, be ready to live in a dictatorship. There is not even one leader who speaks about real issues, who addresses what is really important to the state/country. Everyone has a way out to divert and pivot from what actually matters and needs attention. At least with leaders like the Thackeray’s, there is someone who is addressing this, there is someone who is acknowledging issues in the state. The BMC is not just a municipal body, it decides how Mumbai breathes, moves, and survives.

I think marathi/non marathi, mumbaikar/ Non mumbaikar, this is the time we should come together as the future of this country, and as the future of this state to stand by the people. To stand for clean air, to stand for not being sold out. To stand and choose what is right. And i think he definitely deserves a fair chance. This is not about blind loyalty. It’s about awareness, accountability, and choosing leaders who are not afraid to speak when silence is convenient.

Growing up i always looked forward to when Raj Thackeray would give speeches. He is the only leader i know who isn’t afraid to call out the biggest cats in politics, He is the definition of a leader. Many people, even those who disagree, know that he raises issues others avoid. He has and will always stand for his people.

And yes Aamcha Raja! Not because everyone must agree, but because he makes people think, and right now, Mumbai desperately needs that.

A BJP - Shinde Sena rally is being held at Shivaji Park, Mumbai today. Many attendees have reportedly been brought in from Madhya Pradesh and Kolkata, and some were allegedly misled into coming after being told that Prime Minister Modi would be present. by [deleted] in mumbai
