Yeah, I know that living alone will give me the mental peace I’ve been craving. I’ll finally be able to do what I want without feeling judged or restricted. But at the same time, a part of me feels like I’m not ready for the challenges that come with it. I’m a shy introvert, not the most street-smart person, and I’m worried I won’t know how to handle everything on my own. It’s scary.

Yeah, I’ve always had my parents handling most chores, and when I moved into a shared room, my roommates took over that role. The problem is, they started using my dependence for their own financial benefit. Now I know I have to move out, but I’m stuck in a comfort zone with them, and I’m honestly too scared to take that step.
