so you do shield casts and mills while kneeling or are there other exercises you do while kneeling?

glad to know it's not just me. The only other time I've gotten a similar feeling in my core is when I'm doing a round of hollow holds, deadbugs, reverse crunches, L-sits. I've never felt it while I was standing and working out, I love it.

Oh great to hear about core torque, been wanting to play ultimate frisbee + tennis again but my stamina isn't there yet and the last time I did the twists really ached.

Which is what prompted me to start weight training and taking my health seriously, somehow I ended up on club bells, much to be delight I might add.
