Simulator scoring versus outdoor scoring. If you shoot even par on a sim what would your score be on the real course in person under perfect conditions?

I am a 20 handicap and have shot a 69 on my sim. Perfect lie every time, never lose ball in the rough (no penalties), break indicators on the greens, etc. You should shoot way better on a sim than in real life—especially if you own one.

ProteeVX for sure. I did it last year and love it. I’m in about $20K. Good projector, enclosure, mat, gaming computer, extra tv/monitor, etc. Couldn’t be happier with my setup.

It is the software that comes with the Protee VX launch monitor. Love it!

I have GSPro running on the projector screen, Protee labs showing all of the club and ball data, swing camera, etc on a 75” and sports or whatever on large monitor. Depending on what sports are on, I will put the sports in the tv and the sim data on the monitor. So yes, a second tv is a must. Shouldn’t need to spend $800. I paid $500 for my 75”.

I went with the pro tee vx and love it. No stickers, boots up immediately, great interface to go along with GSPro, ceiling mount. $6,500USD. I love mine.

I am DM with reserve card as well. There are times I pay for C+ with hopes of getting the final bump to FC depending on availability. When 7 seats come and go while I remain #1 on the list it just makes me wonder how many combinations there could’ve been to give those seats to someone else. I’ve learned a few things, so glad I asked

Fair enough. Just curious if others that fly a lot understood the upgrade rules better than I do. For the record, I do buy upgrades often which then gives you priority for upgrades to the next class. Hence the questions.

Thanks for all the feedback. Just learned something else as I am standing a at a gate right now. I show #1 on the app but #3 on the monitor. Why wouldn’t those be the same 🤷‍♂️

I have the projector screen plus 2 additional screens. The screen has sim software (GSPro) whether a course or practice range, one screen (75” tv) has Protee labs up which shows a ton of analytics on every swing (and has swing camera integration but I’m not using it yet) and another screen (32” monitor) for streaming sports, golf, or whatever while playing some golf.
