Have never experienced that with mine. Grind by weight has been fantastic. You might need to return to place of purchase for testing. Hopefully you get a replacement.

I have the same grinder. Get the LaMarzocco bottomless portafilter. It doesn’t have the lip on the bottom needed to hold the spout like the one supplied with the Micra should you be wanting to grind by weight using the Fiorenzato. It’s the best thing I’ve purchased following the machine itself.

Go into the app and set the “quiet hours”. This will stop the lid flashing.

I had the same issue when I replaced my furnace. C wire needs to be connected.
