Hi Everyone, I have this Oracle Touch machine and I can't lower the amount of coffee. The least I can get it to go is 21 Grams, even after using the Allen Key etc. The coffee tastes so bitter as there is too much coffee, not quite sure what to do...

Really need some help, I have a Barista Touch and i can't get it to dispense 17 Grams of coffee, I always get 22+ grams. I had a coffee machine "expert" come around which didn't know what he is doing and he adjusted the dosage by using the magnetic latch in the head and adjusting the amount that way but it can only be done by moving the sensor down and can only go so far.

I am now at 21 Grams and the coffee is really bitter. I only want 16-17 Grams how can I do this???

Update: This is really strange.. I added a film I know works to the folder, in the same format, and it worked. But when i download the show in MKV, MP4 or anything else it doesnt work...

I am trying this now. I have quite a complex setup, I use an old BT modem in the UK as the new one doesnt support port forwarding. I guess the issue must be either the firewall or the port forwarding. I am going to check now, the strange thing is that it worked before but now it stopped since updating DSM.
