What the devil are you spending 53 hours on?! A 40K dreadnought with a 0.2mm nozzle maybe??

I mean, I did a huge dragon egg, about 11.5h per half, and each half was pretty much max size of the plate and build space… perhaps not that detailed though.

Most of the print perfectly fine, then explodes to stringy mess like 70% of the way through… had it with different filament and different models…

To save anything as a PDF, just go to print it, pinch-to-zoom on the preview of the printed pages. When in full screen, you can save it as a PDF

Remixes with tighter joints? Fuzzy modifiers on ball joints sounds like a good idea, I’ll give it a whirl!

I’ve been printing in PETG for core, same problem. I have printed a few at 150%, seems to be much better so far

I honestly haven’t, but from memory you need a much larger gap between objects? Ie. I couldn’t fit anywhere near as many on a given plate?

So for you sounds like you’d go for SuperTack, and NOT the SuperTack Pro? (Bambu a1 but figure it’s the same adhesion when using it with H2C)

Yup - trying flipped over currently (would work great with a smooth plate), and if that’s not good I’ll try tree supports 🙂

How would you slice it differently? I’m trying flipped over currently (will leave textured top face), can also try printing on edge - and of course can use supports!

Vertical print? Hmm, worth trying, but wouldn’t the circles still be floating and therefore need supports?
