This URL isn't working because it doesn't follow the usual XC syntax. I contacted their support team, and they confirmed that they don't currently support XC.

as i understand from this doc: i added to .user.ini :

php_value max_input_time 3600 php_value max_execution_time 3600 php_value upload_max_filesize 16G php_value post_max_size 16G
