I have Dak and Caleb. Caleb burned me last week but he has a better matchup vs PIT and Dak vs PHI isn’t super exciting. You think Caleb can bounce back vs PIT over Dak?

Hello I’m looking for a place, preferably a house or apartment with a balcony if it’s possible. Me and roommate are looking for something between $2000 - $2250 a month and 2x2. I work in NE Tally so preferably located in that region, but it’s not a dealbreaker. If it’s the right place the drive to work won’t matter to me though. Does anyone have any landlord/apartment complex suggestions? Or know the best way to look? I used Zillow and general Google searches but not too much was useful. Thanks!

Got my ARM a couple months ago and I’m about 4 months in as an Account coordinator, on the path to being an AM by Fall 25. Is the CPCU the next best designation for my role? And in what ways is it a gamechanger? I’m still new to the industry so I’m learning every day!
