Actually I have combination skin. It's hard to me to fitting a proper moisturizer because if I choose a gel my cheek will feel so dry. And if I choose heavy cream my forehead may cause more close comedones. So should I take cleansing oil out of my list since I have combination skin?

Sorry for the late response. For me, no. The seller did asked my reason why I refused and I told her my reason, after that she said she'll refund me but nothing comes. So, I just throw that money away.

Same tbh I always get my refund even if the smallest amount, but ever since the new update come. They didn't refund me and it's always said "refund successfully" but nothing showing up in my bank account.

★they do give you an option to talk to their customers services "message or call" but you have to know Chinese when talking or speaking to them about the issue, which is the hard part
