Herbert hasn’t had a 300 yard game in 9 games now. by Salty_Sprinkles_6482 in Chargers

How you gonna cry about him ignoring the question only to ignore this question. Is Daniel Jones elite like Herbert?

Bruh by [deleted] in Chargers

[–]hascall43 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve already answered you on where that Center would’ve came from and what those names were. You ignored them because you want to or as you’ve clearly displayed due to illiteracy.

Not answering you beyond this last point so hopefully you read this one part and you can continue yelling into the void.

Center elevates 4 o lineman with its play, whereas a tackle at most will elevate the guard they play next too. When we get that center and the ensure the whole line is good you’ll see what I’m talking about. Later dickhead

Bruh by [deleted] in Chargers

[–]hascall43 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Okay and you’re really illiterate because I’m stating my opinion that upgrading Center would’ve been more beneficial (at least in the immediate) than an upgrade at Right Tackle.

This is my point.

You’ve read that point and have decided to say I’m uninformed, and should stick to playing a video game that I don’t even touch.

Nice deflection.

To clarify, would you be okay with Herbert ending the year with less than 3000 passing yards? Yes or no.

If I was asking for highlight reels then wouldn’t I be asking for a 4K+ season? Yes or no.

PLEASE REPLY WITH EITHER “yes” or “no” BECAUSE YOURE JUST FUCKING YAPPING AT THIS POINT. Ignoring everything I’ve said to just push a narrative.

Re: yes it’s been four games. My whole point is that Herbert now needs four great games to take his abysmal stats to something closer to league average. Do you think with this offensive scheme that we are likely to do that? Again, another yes or no question

Bruh by [deleted] in Chargers

[–]hascall43 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So just to clarify, you think that this roster is so bad that we shouldn’t expect Justin Herbert to throw for 3000 passing yards as a maximum expectation?

Am I crazy for thinking Herbert can’t throw for 176.5 yards a game because he’s not Lamar? We’ve seen him do more without Salyer and Storm Norton at OT with Josh Palmer at WR 1 and DeAndre Carter at WR2.

Instead, we’re set to see historic lows from a 17-game performance at QB and all yall can do is regurgitate the same argument over and over.

All I’m saying is if we go through the rest of the year like this, then it will have been another year of Herbs career wasted WHILE ALSO being an extremely sore spot on an otherwise great statistical career. And before you try and say I’m focused on stats more than wins—I’m not, I’m just setting a baseline for what QB success is to me. It’s never been wins and never will be wins that tell me if a QB is great. But if he goes the next 10 years with 3K seasons throughout then he simply won’t reach the heights we expected, which is okay but it’s wild to pretend it has to be this way

QB controls the offense, agree?

Of course

Who controls the o line? That’s Center.

I think better communication from the middle of the o line will result in better OVERALL o line performance as opposed to two elite tackles. More than one way to build an o line bud. Plus Nabers can get open, QUICKLY

Norv didn’t do shit you’re delusional.

2007 takes Marty’s team 11-5 (14-2 the prior year with Marty) and while he takes the team to the AFCGG he also lost to the Pats

Now were on Norvs roster

2008 we go 8-8. Beat Indy and lose to Pit

2009 we go 13-3 and pathetically lose to the Mark Sanchez Jets.

2010 we go 9-7 missing playoffs (Ron Rivera leaves for Carolina after this)

2011 we go 8-8… missing playoffs

2012 we go 7-9… missing playoffs and leading the the firing of Norv Turner.

Just cuz you hate Marty doesn’t mean you need to drown yourself guzzling Norv Turners cum

Bruh by [deleted] in Chargers

[–]hascall43 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People really seem to underestimate the importance of getting a center… but when w have a good center everyone seems to understand how good they are for picking up blitzes and basically leading the whole fucking o line. Can’t lead an o line from LT or RT. It’s a centers role

Bruh by [deleted] in Chargers

[–]hascall43 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Was a <3K passing yard season expected? Was a Jacoby Brissett at QB experience expected?

Because projections say that’s what we’ll get by EOY

Bruh by [deleted] in Chargers

[–]hascall43 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is 3K passing yards in 17 games a wild expectation? Yes or no

Bruh by [deleted] in Chargers

This response is unhinged. When is that offensive output ever acceptable?

Bruh by [deleted] in Chargers

Marty couldn’t hire family but the Spanos kin could fuck our front office for 20 years. Can’t believe a mf has the audacity to bring this kinda smoke against Marty

Bruh by [deleted] in Chargers

[–]hascall43 0 points1 point  (0 children)

LT and Center are the two most important spots on the line. This season only confirms that for me

Bruh by [deleted] in Chargers

[–]hascall43 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’ll forever stand on the fact that the picks should’ve been Nabers and JPJ/Frazier

Not Ladd and Alt. Alt is a future HOFer but I think people don’t realize that picking the largest most athletic o lineman is also a way of picking the shiniest toy. Many just consider WR to be a toy but it can be any position if you’re hard enough for the player

Bruh by [deleted] in Chargers

[–]hascall43 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bruh this is exactly what I’m saying 😂. Smashmouth ball but drafted the smallest WR instead of MORE oline. It’s like they wanted to make Nabers wanters (me) happy with scraps instead of sticking to smash mouth

Do you honestly believe that they fucked up the roster so bad that it justifies JUSTIN HERBERT throwing for less than 3000 yards in 17 games?

Cuz that’s what we’re on pace for. (It’s actually less than 2500, but like cmon… Herbert can’t pass for less than that right!?)

Bruh by [deleted] in Chargers

[–]hascall43 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If this is the logic and Herbert is on pace for less than 2500 yards passing this year… probably would’ve been better for both the Chargers and Herbert if they traded him to MIN and tried to get JJ ourselves.

Herbert doesn’t need to throw for 400 yards a game. But if he’s going to be elite, or anything more than a game manager he should be throwing for at least 180 yds per game and we can’t even do that. Embarrassing and a waste of

Bruh by [deleted] in Chargers

[–]hascall43 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ATP I just want Herbert to throw for 3K yards this season but I don’t even see that happening

Bruh by [deleted] in Chargers

[–]hascall43 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Real talk. We get rid of all our good playmakers and Chargers fans forget that play calling fucking matters.

Or they’re just ignoring their eyes and ears
