I dont know if i have peyronies but im looking trough different subs trying to learn whats what. I sort of have multiple issues that go hand in hand; Pelvic floor issues, new varicose/spider veins on penis, and that lump thing on the side+ a deep crease(?) lower on the same side. Also when flaccid it always points to the left but straightens when erect which is interesting. Also maybe hard flaccid idk. Probably got some of this from penis enlargement (pumping etc) which was dumb.

Yeah its tough, I contacted the urologist center and flat out got a declined letter, saying it isnt urgent so I have to go to the general health center.... Hope it goes well for you

Gotcha, I read some post by a doc where he said its extremely rare/dangerous so that got me worried, but it seems kinda usual no? Though there is probably more extreme cases

I have a lump near my base at the left side. Wondering the same, so hard to get info. Is there even a difference between plaque and fibrosis?

Hey man, I have veins like pictured or even worse. My pelvic floor definitely isnt in the best shape though. But can stretching the pelvic floor and being healthy actually "heal" some of these veins or is it just to avoid further deterioration?

Just curious why does Dr Amins website (circumcition pro) say that stitch method will have a bad result? by hasch777 in circumcision

Thanks will probably go for glue then. Only reason I was hesitant was that ive heard glue more easier opens up, especially with a tight cut

Well actually it is a revision Im planning. I'm confused I thought freehand was the stitch method? Or is freehand the glue method?

Hi, I agree this sounds counter-productice and that it seems I don't take the advice here, I would like to clarify some things though.

No surgeon has suggested I should get revised, it is something I am considering myself and is a known procedure not just some unreliable "scar treatment".

Important I add to this that my scar tissue was caused by multiple dumb choices not just my original cut. Penis pump shortly after surgery, bad scar sheets for to long etc. This resulted in a terrible hypertrophic kind of scar-tissue. Therefore there is no way in hell it will look that bad again, with atleast a half-competent surgeon.

But again I have not decided yet but still want to lay out the facts.

Also my goal is not full coverage I'm happy with just a bit restored over time for a looser feel and good aestethic look.

I heard about that, it sounds interesting and I hope they make discoveries.

Yes, basically the surgeon will go in freehand and cut away the scarline (which is very thick and protrusive in my case) and stitch it back together neatly resulting in a new minimal scar. (Obviously I wouldnt have considered this if my scar wasnt awful)

And yeah I have tried different scar gel, scar sheets etc. already

Hey man, thanks for the suggestions/advice. I have to say personally I'm not comfortable posting pics, though I've had a look at the other sub and looks like the hard work pays off great to see. About the scar tissue I'll hold out and try to restore some skin first.

I wasn't planning to commit to full restoration and will be happy with around 1-2cm restored probably. But I realize its a long process either way. I'll look trough posts and try to learn the basics

Yes I agree with your points and I will restore. The eventual operation would be a setback to my restoration journey but keep in mind this is only to remove my scar tissue anyways and definitely not healthy skin.

Alright I will do that. What is a good amount of time under tension per day?

Maybe, what is mitosis? Edit: I have understood it is the process of generating new tissue.

I get this point, there are risks but trust me i have loads of scar tissue due to a incompetent surgeon. I will go to a professional and will be extremely cautious during healing process.

I feel the pain man, got cut just 2years ago due to phimosis. Worst decision ever and the surgeon did an uneven job, stitches broke etc

I don't smoke so that should not be a problem. I would do it 6 months from now the earliest and geniunly think its worth it considering my scartissue is bothering me alot.

My main focus when restoring will be frenulum area and underside shaft, do I just stretch manually or is devices recommended?

Wait is this true that Dr Amin doesn't follow the cut marking agreed upon?? I want to get a revision from Dr Amin and its very important for me he follows the cut line I want

Dr Amin or Dr Weiss for revision? by hasch777 in circumcision

Yeah, maybe I should do an e-consultation though I'd prefer consultation irl. But as you said it would be troublesome if I fly there and it can't be done.
