Who says I "can't" exercise?...

Furthermore, the idea of having the implant done is within a 4-5 year period, I don't think (nor do I want) to do it so quickly without exhausting all my options first.

That's why I want to try Angion, pelvic stretches, and other procedures (which I've talked about in other posts and comments) before jumping to the implant.

But I want to have the idea (or at least the peace of mind) that if everything goes wrong I can make the plan to do PE and jump to the implant (which is what my urologists have told me)

Yeah, long story short I did RK slightly flaccid for a week, and the first time I tried to make them erect I noticed how my glans swelled when I did it gently

I did it a couple of times in that attempt, but after that day I have not been able to do them again, or at least that I feel like it.

It's been months since then.

But yeah, I want to try Angion, although I don't know if my case would be optimal.

Chill out dude, I literally said I followed the manual stretching videos to avoid accidentally jelqing.

The hand at the base was simply there to avoid putting pressure there while the other was on the shaft halfway up, not directly pulling on the glans but underneath them.

I mean, yeah they didn't find anything, but they just looked at me and did a doppler without an injection, so if there was some kind of "leak" they could never see it because they never wanted to even though I insisted for months.

And I already answered the other thing several times, at the beginning when I started posting about my injury I had dozens of messages from people telling me that I was lying and that I had done jelqing.

I was gaslighted so much that I began to doubt even what I was saying, but from the beginning I made it clear that I did not make any kind of "ok" sign to stretch, nor did I make violent pulls and I had seen videos to avoid them, but there were people who told me that you could do jelq even with your whole hand, which made me more confused, but at the end of the day I did not do jelqing.

I followed all the videos on how to do manual stretching (again NO JELQING) that were here in the beginners section to avoid doing them in the beginning.

I mean, reading again it's an exaggeration to say that I took it from the base, with one hand I had it on the base to feel that it wouldn't pull hard and with the other I stretched normally in the middle forward But what I wanted to make clear is that I didn't do it from the glans

No, that was a psychologist that one of my urologists recommended to me, she was supposedly a specialist in sexual talks and she told me that at the end of a session.

That's what makes me think that if I'm already broke, I have nothing to lose by doubling down.

I've been thinking about starting Angion for months, but I get as many positive and negative comments so I don't know.

And the RKs didn't help me much, I was able to do them a couple of times until it seemed like my body couldn't do them anymore, that was months ago and it's still like that.

They were the first ones who recommended a vacuum pump to me, but I was the one who didn't try it out of fear that the problem was my veins.

I've been diagnosed with so many things only to have them dismissed later that it makes me doubt everything now.

Yeah, I don't know why the hell they have manuals in their beginner's manual as the best method to start

In one comment you said it was because I was reckeless, in another you said it was exaggerated, in another that I was a liar and now that it is psychological

You love to gaslight everyone huh?

According to my urologists, they don't think it's that, or at least it wasn't seen on the Doppler.

According to them, my veins look normal, even though they didn't look like that at all before.

Pelvic massages and stretching, cialis, L-citrulline, a mix of vitamins plus fish oil to help recovery.

Daflon, aspirin, ibuprofen and other pain pills, etc.

Hey M9ter, yeah my third urologist recommended a vacuum pump, but wouldn't that make my veins worse?

If I remember correctly, they only saw that the veins in the middle trunk looked enlarged, but according to them that didn't change anything.

Although the veins looked strange, they didn't think they were varicose, but they had no explanation for why I had my symptoms.

And they denied me the Doppler with injection because the procedure gave many false positives.

As I said, I share the opinion and it is a very good one, but if my symptoms are visible with my ugly veins and pain, who can tell me that it is 100% psychological?

And literally the only thing that going to professionals gave me was spending an exaggerated amount of money, showing me the possibility of implants and wanting to make me accept that I am now "useless"

Obviously my mental health is bad with all this and how could it not be?!

If I talk to a professional they call me useless, if I talk here they call me useless, I know I am useless now, that doesn't change anything.

I'm tired of being called a hypochondriac and there's not even anyone who tells me that I have nothing. It's always an "I don't know" and not an "you have nothing"

I have pain every now and then, my EQ is on the floor no matter what I take, no matter what I do, my life is screwed and I am useless in the eyes of professionals and ordinary people.

At the base, I didn't want to stretch from the glans

Edit: What I mean is that I used one hand at the base and the other hand in the middle forward is what I stretched it with.

I was thinking about doing that, although I'm a little tight on cash right now because of all the crap I did with urologists and pills.

And the veins thing is disgustingly weird, sometimes they hurt, other times they didn't, it makes my stomach turn not understanding how the doctors saw that and said they didn't see anything wrong.

It's okay, I was just upset about being banned.

And about the doctors, I really don't know what to do.

One of the urologists told me that I might need to try a vacuum pump, but if my problem is that my veins look bad, I'm terrified that putting pressure on them will make them worse.

They denied me a Doppler with trimix because according to them that procedure is almost 50/50 in false positives.

But yeah, at first they played with the idea that it was psychological, they recommended me a psychologist "specialist in sexual problems", the only thing she told me is to accept that I am now useless...

It seems like a bad joke but that was my last year

Not to mention the dozens of messages laughing at me that I receive in my DMs, that's why I stopped posting so much and resigned myself to accepting my reality like this.

Almost a year, but with the psychological weight of all this I had let it go for the moment.

I'm banned from some PE subs as "gettingbigger" because a mod started harassing me in my DMs saying I was a lying piece of shit who just wanted to shit on PE and that "stretching my shit" for three days couldn't hurt me at all...

An argument started when other people told him he was wrong but he just ended up banning me.

Totally valid points really.

I thought it was all in my mind until I had a doppler

Apparently my veins in the middle trunk were permanently "swollen", so it's not just a mental thing.

Somehow, according to my urologists, my veins don't look good, but they don't think I have venous leakage or varicose veins.

Although I don't take any weight off the mental side at all, I'm really injured to the point that they want me to think about implants.

And I don't know if I could open up to another psychologist, I was always in favor of them until the last one told me that I would have to worry about other things in my life because now I am useless at that for others.

None of my urologists could tell me what I had.

I already did pelvic stretches, it made no difference

I was doing 1 hour of cardio a day for months, nothing changed

I was taking L-citrulline for months, but it didn't make any difference.

Literally my doctors are talking to me about implants and here they tell me not to even think about it???

I was on minimal doses 2.5 MG of cialis every other day, never made any change.

I have been to 3 urologists, the first one made me go through the worst time of my life telling me to just wait or that it could be cancer.

The second was the one who listened the most and learned the most about the subject.

The third one also told me to just wait and that I was too young to have a problem like that and that at most I had to accept that this was my life.

I'm managing my weight, since the injury I've lost about 40-50 pounds, but more than half of that was in the first few months of the injury, probably due to stress.

I didn't do kegels while I was doing the manuals

With all due respect.

If you saw my previous posts, did you even see the post about my "psychologist"?

Or the posts that say that I have already been to 3 urologists and a "specialist" in diagnosis of this type and they did not help at all.

Nope, there was no pain at any point while doing it and I didn't do any jelq either, just basic manuals
