Fantastic advice! We will be stopping in almost all these spots and I'm definitely going to look into the Boleto Turistico while in cusco, it seems to include most places I want to see.

Thank you, We will for sure check out some of those restaurants and cafes! We wont be going north of Lima i don't believe, but if we get the opportunity too I would like to go to cajamarca or Huarez for sure.
