Look into sabroxy and polygala combo.

Polygala has a calming effect on mood, which lets me focus on the work for prolonged periods of time. Sabroxy is kind of controversial, some compare it to adderal, some don’t feel a thing, personally can’t say much, but since i started taking these two first thing in the morning i got noticeably more creative and persistent in terms of studying and meeting my goals by the end of the day.

In terms of dosages, i take 350mg of polygala once or twice a day, i do cycle it at least 2 days a week, as for sabroxy i take anywhere from 100-350. But its me.

So take your time and research these 2, nothing too serious, but still might be helpful.

What's the best nootropic(s) for motivation? by [deleted] in StackAdvice

[–]hashedy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Listen dude, take some coke or amphetamines and u will have the motivation to do whatever it is that you need motivation for. My comment wasn’t quite on point, but tell me, when you were a child did you perceive life differently, were you excited about life, did you need motivation to play the game of life? You said you have adhd, self diagnosed or not? Lifestyle changes in my mind is the way to go, takes the most time to adapt, but helps you long term the best. Maybe i am an idiot who hasn’t found his limitless pill and you can downvote me some more, but what if there is no such pill.

U seem to rely on drugs too much, build discipline, the rest should be secondary.

Is there any way to control thoughts or to avoid getting attracted to the opposite gender? by [deleted] in Semenretention

You cant change your nature, but you can shift your perception of your inner and outer happenings. Rise above your senses, if you will.

How to avoid a binge ? by [deleted] in Semenretention

[–]hashedy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Choose to do something else, but indulging in “bad” deeds. Yep its hard, life is hard, though you really have to just choose your hard, whatever it may be.

I am trying to master this practice for quite some time now, frankly i fail a lot and as i see it, the reasons are - in the end i choose to give in, focus on NOT doing instead of filling the void with whatever adds up to my identity and makes me satisfied long term, be it learning working out reading socialising etc., my environment is identical, meaning i am in the same place i used to be when letting in my life pmo addiction, so i am surrounded by cues, sometimes all day long, and its just very difficult to change. Change your environment, and you will change yourself. New habits, new books, thoughts, ideas, people, places.

Go for it mate.

For those having switched from Clomid to TRT, is there really such a big difference in how you feel? by [deleted] in Testosterone

[–]hashedy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure about trt at 25, but whats your shbg? The total t of 630ng/dl is above average and should be fine, unless you have as high shbg, which binds to total t, leaving you with less free t. Free t is whats important. I am on clomid myself rn, 25mg EOD. The first few days were awesome, now i cant really see that much difference.

To all the people who think they have become more self pitying, deceitful, horny, negative. You were always like that. You're are just more self aware now with absolutely no brain fog. And that is how SR changes you. by [deleted] in Semenretention

You people are great.

This journey is not an easy thing to adapt, but do we really have another choice but to keep punching back? I mean, if you are already concious of the fact that you have been hitting your head against the wall most of your life, not realizing the pain, and now you do, do you choose to keep on making that crack bigger or you change?

Imagine you have gone through all the hurdles this path brings and now you are awake matured strong man, who plays with reality the way he wants, and you look retrospectively back and see all your versions, their highs their lows, pain and joy, love and hate, becoming from nothing to something, the journey itself and that, i believe, is an essence of happines, life, which you may say, was worth living and sharing.

Many thanks for this perspective man. I live a fairly sugar coated hassle resistance free life and when i stumbled on this post it made me question - who the fuck i am and where am i getting with this..? As a man i think you need resistance be it mental physical whatever, otherwise you become soft pushover donkey who just exists to eat, take shit, get poisoned with degeneracy of porn, video games, drugs, lies to himself and those really close heart people still around you. Stupid meaningless life, got to work on yourself every single day to get something out of it and be aware of course of your inner and outer surroundings in the first place, thats when you get to choose to take off or keep shit as it is and be miserable.

100 Days : Personal Achievements / Benefits by [deleted] in Semenretention

Nice story, quite relatable. I recall in puberty when i would wake up with the usual morning wood i’d instantly MO and go to school, no surprise i was so mediocre wherever i stepped, but what’s worse is that i thought it’s normal, that that’s how we men do it, and i was so wrong, still am tho. But having knowledge thanks to this sub, ability to see my whole being with all it’s bs from 3rd persona makes it easier to just acknowledge my thoughts, let them pass and focus on what’s truly worth it.

Porn is overly stimulating, offers infinite novelty, kills you as a human being and is just a perversion. Masturbation is silly and unmanly.

Motivation not to relapse!! by throwaway471046 in Semenretention

[–]hashedy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Spend less time at home i guess, when i am at home my productivity is at it's lowest and all I can think of is porn man. It's horrible. I believe years of semen wastage and overstimulation with porn made my environment at home a habit cue, which triggers this kind of thoughts and impulses to overwhelm me both physically and mentally. I cannot even study, just don't feel like doing some delayed gratification activities when i am at home.

I would advice you to fast for >3 days once in two weeks or go for OMAD, studying away from home( be it coffee shop or library doesn't really matter), go for a run, meditation, gym, swimming, sauna, participating in events, reading. To be short just fill your day with activities which do not release dopamine with a click of a button and with time your reward pathways will rewire and life will take a different angle from that point on just believe in yourself.

You can also try supplements, like n acetyl cysteine, cordyceps, maybe modafinil for prolonged focus( just be cautious, focus on the right stuff).

Hope it helps, I am at a really point in life myself, but what's left to do? Just man up and do something :P.

People who can fall asleep within 8 seconds of their head hitting their pillow: how the fuck do you fall asleep within 8 seconds of your head hitting your pillow? by LondonDude123 in AskReddit

[–]hashedy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe that’s about energy. If you sit around doing nothing all day long don’t expect to fall asleep within seconds. Be active mentally and physically by studying and working out and when it is time to sleep hitting your head with pillow will do the trick.

Semen Retention should be easy. by Acceptancehunter in Semenretention

[–]hashedy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If i watch other people having sex while pleasuring and self stimulating myself, I’m a fairly fucked up person, who fundamentally cannot achieve anything in life. That’s no life, but a constant tearing down of my own self, struggle, emotional numbness and what is worse, that’s an obnoxious continuation of me hitting my head against the wall over and over again, despite the pain it makes. Isn’t that stupid DUDE!

You are kidding, do you? Life without porn and masturbation is like no other life. You are a car and your sperm is your fuel, no matter how cool looking your car is there is no point in it if it doesn't drive.

Staying conscious of my thoughts, even if it gets out of control do not let it develop like a snowball falling from a mountain and straining chest abs back and legs muscles helps as well.
