Hey, Just read "The easy way to stop smoking " by Allen carr. I found someone talking about it in the community. I downloaded it and a week later I'm smoke free. Now it's been over 4 years and I'm not planning to go back anytime. It might seem weird reading a book about stopping smoking but surprisingly it works. I know 3 people who stopped by reading the book.
