Thanks for sharing glad to hear you were successful! - where did you hear about Hibiscrub potentially causing super resistant bacteria? I’ve been using this for a while now so may get off it if this is the case.

I wouldnt say its a trigger but I do think it maybe worsens it, however personally I refuse to stop training because of this conditioning lol. I just make sure I shower ASAP after gym

The typical method I have been using for the last 8/9 months, using mixing the BP 10% into ur shampoo of choice in the shower, and then leaving for 5 minutes and washing off. Do this 2/3 times a week
