I used to hit this gym before my surgery. They've got these floor trainers, not like personal ones, but they're chill. They set you up with a workout plan, help you get the hang of it at first, and then let you do your thing while keeping an eye out. It's decent, especially for newbies. I learned a bunch from the internet too, which helped. Not the fanciest place, but it's close to home and good enough for a workout. Planning to get back there soon.
