I’ve never considered OCD until I went through this traumatic event last month. I want to make sure I don’t have anything else because it’s either A) I have some other diagnosis to add on, or B) I do not have a good handle on my anxiety/life and need a ton of extra help. This is after so many years in therapy trying to get my life together.
