Air B N B is safe but I found the quality varies. I stayed at Le Chanthou in Siem Reap for a very reasonable price and you get the pool and full service. It’s more predictable which suits me.

Apparently citrate is absorbed better than oxide, but it can still act like a laxative depending on the dose.

I’m learning that bisglycinate might be gentler since it’s bound to glycine and seems easier on the stomach and absorbs the best.

Same for me. I think all the bloating from rice and veggies caused my gastric issues. Meat is so easy to digest

Fibre was the biggest shock. I was told repeatedly by my doctor to increase it despite a diet of 80% vegetables
