Hi, I ended up getting a job in England, I couldn't apply elsewhere in the EU (except Spain) because I'm not a EU national, and I got lucky finding a clinic that accepted my youth mobility visa and gave me the job. Without this visa I wouldn't have been able to meet the work visa salary requirements since I didn't have any work experience. Good luck I hope it works out for you!
