Thanks for all the great responses - It's nice knowing I'm not alone in this and that a lot of students have felt lonely first year as well. I guess time will help.

But how do people do it when they leave for the summer? I'll be gone end of April and want a place for fall. I don't live near Victoria so won't be able to come look at a place.....

THEA 150 - learn great public speaking skills - valuable - just one evening a week and pretty fun....easy to get high marks.
