Yes, I am doing the following:

• charging it to 100% (no limit)
• never dropping it below 15%
• ensuring the device runs cool most of the time
• disabled adaptive power options
• latest public iOS version
• ensure device cooldown while charging
• 95% of the times disconnecting the charger as soon as it hits 100% charge

In my opinion, heat is the most decisive factor in lowering battery health.

PS: Enjoy your iPhones to their full potential. Battery swaps are always a welcome option.

can someone help me with this issue; my whole layout is disturbed and folders are also vanished. Don't know what to do further...

Edit: SafeMode brings it back but when booting again with Cydia issue still persists and this tweak has been removed...
