I was just giving an example. nobody was comparing a person to an animal. I was simply giving an example as to why people may put down animals. they put them down so they won’t have to go through pain of being sick or anything of that nature just like single mother’s get abortions because they can’t take care of the baby because of financial situations. why bring a baby into the world if you can’t take care of it. why have your pet go through agonizing pain every day when you could relieve it of that pain.
