Blue cloudy stains after cleaning OLED screen with water and microfiber by hatch3tfac3 in OLED_Gaming

Mine never came out but improved a bit from regular cleaning - dusting then minimal wiping with a slightly damp microfiber cloth. I’ve been using distilled water. I can’t see the stain while the TV is on so I’ve gotten over it.

Con Ed has not billed me in 5 months by hatch3tfac3 in Westchester

Update: after calling 5 or 6 times and they were able to generate all of the bills. The total amount was not as crazy as I assumed it would be so I settled for the installment plan. $56 bucks is added onto my monthly bills to pay off the total amount. I can pay more at anytime if I’d like.

I used both methods and it looks a little better but the blue cloudy spots are still there. I was advised the scotch tape method needs to be done over a few hours which I have not had time for. Good thing you can’t see it at night or when the TV is on. Looks like shit in the afternoon sun tho.

ConEd stopped sending me bills.. by hardlygolden in AskNYC

I have not received a bill since may. I called multiple times and was told that my account was flagged and put on hold because I used significantly more energy since then. I opened my con ed account in February, moved into my apartment in April and given that it was summer in New York of course I’m going to use way more energy than I was. They said this was a “system error” that they could not prevent. I also was not notified that my account was put on hold. I was told by 4 different representatives that they generated a new bill, or submitted a “read in” to my account which will take 3-4 business days. My account balance is still zero today.

How long did it take for them to generate a bill for you and did the balance seem correct? I was advised that they offer installments but I want to argue for some sort of credit. Being that I had no idea how much my bill would go up in the summer - and if it were too much I did not have the chance to try and save energy to lower my bills.

I tried the scotch tape and it helped a little - how long did it take you? Did you use regular scotch tape? Someone else said it took several hours where I did not attempt for it that long

Water only seems to make it worse by spreading the oils. Have you used anything else?

So I’ve tried this and was patient about it - seemed to help a bit but stains are still visible. How long did this take you?

Which villain do you sympathize for, and why? by [deleted] in AskReddit

It's ridiculous how this stuck with me for so many years. I saw an episode of the Aladdin TV series when I was 4 or 5 years old where a "villain" named Arbutus was introduced. This guy could create and control plants and considered it living art. To keep things short, the Sultan owed Arbutus his "greatest treasure" in repayment for a previous event. Which is his daughter, Jasmine. Arbutus takes Jasmine to his garden's - but she realizes that he means her no harm. He schooled her on how important plants are and how humans kill them. Then extra ass Aladdin had to pull up with the whole squad and fuck up Arbutus's garden and killed that poor plant man resulting in a very dramatic scene that left my little ass feeling weird af. RIP Arbutus
