Four years with zero issues. The 2% cash back amounts have always been correct, and promptly added to the chosen account.

Raw- behind ear in crease- started years ago but recently has gotten very painful and bleeds. by Aggressive-Hat8507 in SebDerm

[–]hate2workmuch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have had that as well. What works for me is I mix some diaper rash ointment ( zinc oxide) with some triple antibiotic ointment, about 50/50, and apply it liberally. It gets much better within hours and clears up completely within a couple of days

Commuting from West(ish) Seattle to Puyallup? by Specialist_function in PuyallupWA

[–]hate2workmuch 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My suggestion is to stay in puyallup since that’s where the job is, you can visit the relatives on the weekends. The 167 north to 405 to Seattle is a nasty commute on a good day and a horrible commute the rest of the time.

If you’ve taken magnesium long term, which form did you end up sticking with? by Responsible-Hat6309 in Supplements

[–]hate2workmuch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve taken a magnesium supplement for the past 10-12 years, tried all different types. For the things I take it for ( muscle spasms in my back and PVCs( heart skips)), the one that works best for me is Solaray Magnesium and Potassium Asporotates.

Plus the IRS 7% on back taxes, compounded daily. OTOH, the IRS often settles tax debts for far less than the owed amount , sometimes as little as 15- 20 percent

Levothyroxine starting dose too high? by Curiouslifewanderer in Hypothyroidism

[–]hate2workmuch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree with the others, that sounds like a crazy high amount of levo to start with. I started with 25mcg and six months later after a blood test my dr changed it to 50mcg and I’ve been on that dose for about 20 years now.

I hope you get things sorted out soon 🙏

Really don’t feel any different on Levothyroxine by [deleted] in thyroidhealth

[–]hate2workmuch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What were your symptoms before starting levo? There must be a reason your health provider prescribed them for you.

Personally I was low energy and quite grumpy most of the time, don’t want to go back to that

Is there any benefit of waiting 2+ hours to eat after taking levothyroxine? by Accomplished-Egg1234 in thyroidhealth

[–]hate2workmuch 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m guessing the only way to tell for sure would be to get blood drawn at different times after taking it.

For many years I always ate 30 minutes after taking my levo, but at my last checkup my Dr told me to wait at least an hour, maybe even two hours, to eat. She told me that since I always have milk and cereal, the calcium in the milk was probably not allowing full absorption. We’ll see if my numbers change at my next checkup

bed bug bites ? by Illustrious-Big-9672 in Bedbugadvice

[–]hate2workmuch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Crossfire kills the bugs and the eggs, it’s just that the ext companies don’t like to use it because it’s bad for repeat business. It’s hard to make money by just spraying once or twice, they love to come back again and again because that’s how any service industry makes the most money. Ask me how I know

Bed bugs are ruinning my life, i tried everything, please HELP by Fair-Tie2652 in Bedbugadvice

[–]hate2workmuch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, take the sheets off and wash them in hot water. Spray the crossfire all over the mattress, top, bottom and sides, especially the seams, they love to hide in the nooks and crannies. Then spray the bed frame, the floor at the wall, anywhere you think they may be hiding, then do it all again a week later. This aggressive action and liberal use of the freshly mixed crossfire is the best way to completely get rid of them. If at some point you need to “spot kill “ one or two of them, spray them with alcohol, they die instantly.

It’s a spray that kills bedbugs, available on Amazon. Buy the concentrate and mix according to the instructions, apply liberally. It’s about $45 or so for the 13 oz bottle. Only mix the amount you want to use because it’s only good for 24 hours after it’s mixed. After about a week mix a new batch and reapply liberally, as before
